PDS scored their first TUDOR United SportsCar Championship victory with client Starworks Motorsport placing first in the Prototype Challenge class event at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. With the PC and GTD cars having their own separate race from the GTLM and Prototype cars, the win was also the first overall victory for the Florida-based team.
Returning client and defending championship winning team, Burton Racing, placed fourth in their IMSA Continental SportsCar Challenge race at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. The team had a challenging two and a half hour race around the tricky 11-turn circuit but a last-lap move by driver Terry Borcheller allowed them to finish fourth, 11 spots from their initial place on the grid.
